They told me the car I was interested in came with 3 years servicing, but when it came to the annual service said it was never included or even discussed.. despite 3 people hearing it being offered.
Part service was £168, rip off. So went to TBE in alsager for £90.
Still in dispute with holdcroft Dacia over this but they are not moving, so complaining direct with Dacia now.
Definitely brand damaging.
