- David Knight Review added: 2018.11.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Used to love Papa John's when I was in stafford. This Crewe branch is awful. Tonight is the second night it has taken over an hour and 10 minutes to get my pizza delivered. Last time it arrived cold. I complained and they did give me a free pizza.
You get Papa John's rewards online and you can get a free pizza, but you can't get it delivered unless you spend £10.99. I called the guy in store and his english was difficult to understand and he spoke so fast. I had no luck with him, I had to call 3 times, said he'd call back but never did. The third time he answered and said one moment please.. 5 minutes later he picks up the phone and tells me exactly what I have been saying to him on the first two calls.
Eventually I get to speak to someone who speaks much better english and was very helpful. Apparently the website should have a "Pay £3 for delivery" option which doesn't exist.
This is my last night using Papa John's not just in Crewe but everywhere.
